It is a free referral service: we connect people in Jonesboro, AR and Northeast Arkansas with independent local tree service providers. We do not do tree work ourselves. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, call the number on it or send a request, and what happens to that information.
Information you give us
When you send the estimate request form, we collect what you type in: your name, phone number, email (if you add it), ZIP code or street, the service you need, whether it is an emergency, and your message. We also record which page you sent the form from and when.
Phone calls
The phone number on this site is a tracking number. When you call it, a call-tracking provider routes your call to an independent local tree service provider and logs your phone number, the time and length of the call, and the page you called from. Calls may be recorded for quality, training and billing purposes.
Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages lead to calls. To get you help, we share your call or request details with one or more independent local tree service providers, and with the referral or call-routing partners that connect calls to them. These providers may contact you by phone, text or email about your request. We may be paid when a call or request is referred. The providers are separate businesses with their own privacy practices.
Service providers. Companies that help us run the site: web hosting, email delivery, call tracking and analytics. They may only use the information to provide those services.
Legal reasons. If required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of users or others.
We do not share your information with other companies for their own unrelated marketing.

- You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you using the contact details below. Providers you were connected with hold their own copy; contact them directly as well.

How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep request and call records only as long as we need them for the purposes above, including billing and record-keeping, and then delete them. We use reasonable safeguards such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted admin access, but no system is completely secure.
Children
This site is for adults arranging tree work. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
